Mark remodeled my main bathroom and did such a wonderful job! He was reliable and very pleasant to work with and he got the job done quickly. He paid great attention to detail and was really able to bring my vision to life. My bathroom was very outdated before, and now it’s absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the work Dingle Development did. I am looking forward to working with Mark again on my guest bathroom and future projects!

Our Story Built with integrity,
Built with integrity,
built to last
Dingle Development and Construction was built on a simple idea: homeowners in Colorado deserve a better construction experience. One where the contractor shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers work that holds up for decades. That belief drives every project we take on, from a basement finish in Littleton to a custom home in Evergreen.
Our founder started this company after seeing too many homeowners left frustrated by poor communication and cut corners. He knew there was a better way. By putting trust and craftsmanship at the center of every job, Dingle Development and Construction grew into a company that Colorado homeowners rely on for their biggest investments.
We handle a wide range of projects. Whether you need a kitchen remodel in Arvada, a bathroom update in Greenwood Village, a new deck or patio in Castle Rock, or a full home addition in Broomfield, we bring the same level of care to every scope of work. We also build ADUs for homeowners looking to add rental income or multigenerational living space.
Custom homes are where our craftsmanship really shows. We work closely with you from the ground up, making sure every detail reflects how you want to live. Our team serves Jefferson County, Douglas County, Wheat Ridge, Lone Tree, and the surrounding communities throughout the Front Range and foothills.
No matter the project size, you get a team that treats your home like it's their own. We keep you informed at every stage, and we do not move on until the work meets our standards. That commitment is what keeps our clients coming back and referring their neighbors.
We are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we are always happy to talk through your project before you commit to anything. Call us at (720) 648-8188 or send a message to markdingle35@gmail.com to request your free estimate.
